Telehealth and clinical services

Clinical services, including telemedicine visits, are provided only where our clinicians are licensed, and are governed by the consents, agreements, and policies you receive as a patient, including our Notice of Privacy Practices and any telehealth informed consent. Fully virtual care is currently available by secure telemedicine across 15 states and Washington DC; contact us to confirm availability where you live. Telemedicine has inherent limitations, including those of technology, and is not appropriate for emergencies. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of any particular clinical outcome.

User conduct

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the website by any third party. You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data, or use automated means to scrape or harvest content except as permitted by standard search engine practices.

User accounts and the patient portal

Some services, including the Elation Patient Passport portal, may ask you to register and provide information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your credentials, and you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, and to edit or remove content, at our discretion where these terms are violated.

Fees and payment

Everest Health is a self-pay practice. Fees for memberships and services are those presented at the time of purchase and in your patient agreements, together with our current published fee schedule. Third-party financing options, where you choose them, are offered by their providers under their own terms and approval processes.

SMS disclosure

Subject to your opt-in, Everest Health will periodically send SMS notifications regarding appointment reminders for scheduled appointments, updates on account-related activities, and general information relevant to your account, as well as occasional service-related messages such as reminders for documentation or other actions that keep your account up to date. Message volume may vary. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
