Results

Real patients. Measured results.

Most clinics tell you stories. We show you numbers. Our outcomes are measured in blood chemistry and analyzed with names and identifying details removed. The figures below come from our 2026 analysis of 129 consecutive patients, with data through May 2026.

01Where our patients stand

Biologically younger, on the record.

96.9%
of all enrolled patients tested biologically younger than their chronological age
9.4 yrs
average biological age advantage across everyone enrolled
9.9 yrs
average advantage among adherent patients, 100% of whom tested younger
0
serious adverse events attributed to the protocol across roughly 143 patient-years of care

All enrolled at the time of the May 2026 analysis: n=129, ages 27 to 90 or older. Adherent: n=118 at an objective 80% protocol compliance threshold. Full definitions, methods, and limitations on the evidence page.

02How we measure

Not just wearable scores. No vibes. Blood chemistry.

The instrument
Biological age is calculated from validated clinical chemistry, built on the published Levine PhenoAge framework and drawn from the same panels your physician would trust. The full calculation, including a second estimate derived from the same bloodwork, is on the evidence page.
The discipline
No patient is dropped from the analysis because their results were disappointing. Adherence is pre-specified at an objective 80% compliance threshold, so the comparison groups are defined before the results are.
The honesty
Non-adherent patients are analyzed, not dropped: 63.6% measured younger, by 3.7 years on average. The 6.2-year gap to adherent patients is the clearest signal in our data that engagement drives benefit.
03Movement over time

Not just younger than the calendar. Younger than they were.

Among the 98 adherent patients with serial measurements, biological age fell by 1.5 years on average against their own baseline while the calendar moved forward, and 61% regressed. And the gains show up across several systems in the same people:

61%
Biological age
regressed against their own baseline; 43% by two or more years, 18% by five or more
See the analysis
77%
Insulin sensitivity
improved among patients insulin-resistant at baseline, with a mean 39% HOMA-IR reduction
See the analysis
57%
Kidney function
improved among patients with reduced baseline eGFR, against the expected age-related decline
See the analysis
48%
Inflammation
of patients with serial data improved red cell distribution width, a marker tied to all-cause mortality risk
See the analysis
74%
Body composition
of adherent patients with a weight-loss goal lost weight, roughly 15 pounds on average; 63% reduced body fat
See the analysis

The full analysis is public: methods, caveats, and all.

Cohort definitions, the adherence gradient, within-patient change, multi-system convergence, safety, and the fine print, presented the way we would present it to a review committee.

Bruce Oliver: Being there for my family

Another motivation is my daughter and my wife. We adopted our daughter at age two from a Bulgarian orphanage. So she didn't ask to be in our lives. And so I feel like I owe it to her to be around and healthy and available to be her support for a long, long time.

Doug Keegan: Attentive care

Attentive. That's the word I would use. Attentive. The detail, of course, is there because of the exams that they do. Very thorough. But then it's the follow-up. It's the consultation that I have with Danielle. And then it is the follow-up with her staff in making sure that the protocols are met and that you're following through on Danielle's advice. So, for example, they have HBOT, hyperbaric oxygen tank therapy here. So I schedule with her staff to come in twice a week. And, of course, there's other areas that you can work with Ruth if it's about life planning and other areas that you want to focus on with scheduling and putting into practice what Danielle is educating you on as far as health and fitness is concerned.

Jennifer Webb: Care built around my goals

I would describe the patient care at Everest as very personalized, very individualized. Based on my needs, I came in with certain goals that I had in mind and a vision for what I wanted my life to be like and was given a roadmap to get there based on where I was and what my goals were.

Jessica Garcia: Support that feels like family

Danielle and her staff here at Everest have been so supportive in my health journey. They have taken a genuine interest in my overall well-being. So much so that it almost feels as though I'm surrounded by family. They want the best for me, and they encourage me to do my part to take care of myself.

Sarah Ntuk: Looking for answers

So, what happened is I had stomach issues. And I've been going to different functional medicine, you know, doctors. And I got a little bit of help, but the situation was still continuing. So, then one day I was talking to my kids, my son and his wife. And so, they told me about Danielle that, you know, she's opened this practice. So, I said, oh, in that case then, I'd be willing to go and see her. The reason behind that was I really felt that she will tell me the truth. So, I was really seeking for the truth. So, who's going to tell me what's going on with my gut is what brought me here.

Ligaya Ntuk: Improving what I had

I have always been very interested in preserving my health and improving my health. And so, knowing what Danielle does and what she does best, I had no reason to not check out Everest. And basically, I didn't really come here with any health concerns, per se, but just with a desire to improve what I had.

Pegi Clendaniel: Finding support

I had been thinking for a long time that I needed some support or some sort of help to improve my health. But it didn't seem like it was possible. And an opportunity came with the Everest plan. I heard about that from a friend. So, that's how I found out about it. And it's really been a great thing for me.

Shinekwa Johnson: Taking control of my health

What motivated me to come to Everest was the condition of my parents currently. My parents, they were not aging as gracefully as I would like to have seen them age. And ultimately I realized that if I didn't take control of my health at this moment, that I would eventually become who they are. And that wasn't really a pretty picture for me. So I wanted to make some changes right now.

06In their words

What patients tell us, and tell others.

The wall moves as you scroll. Rotate it by hand with the arrows.
I wish that more practices, frankly, would develop this approach. I think it would be a lot better for society and for humans.
