Our commitment

We strive to ensure that our services, and the website that introduces them, are accessible to people with disabilities. Accessibility efforts assist all users, and we treat them as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time project: we review the site as content changes and work to remove barriers as we find them.

Conformance target

Our goal is for goeverest.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including vision, hearing, motor, and cognitive impairments.

Measures we take

• Semantic page structure with meaningful headings, labels, and landmarks.
• Color choices designed for sufficient contrast between text and background.
• Keyboard operability for navigation and interactive elements.
• Responsive layouts that support zoom and a wide range of screen sizes and devices.
• Plain language wherever possible, with descriptive link text.
• Ongoing review of pages and documents as the site evolves.

Video content on the site, including the clinic tour and patient stories, carries captions in the picture, and each patient story is accompanied by a readable transcript. Videos never play automatically.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. In particular, some portions of the experience are operated by third parties, including online scheduling, the patient portal, financing applications, embedded media, and externally published research. We work with our vendors on accessibility, but we cannot always control their platforms. Some downloadable documents, such as older PDFs, may not be fully accessible; if you encounter one, contact us and we will provide the information in an accessible form.
